    Whether it’s communing with the forest deer or simply taking in the sounds of the forest, your spirit will feel refreshed and renewed.

  • Give yourself space to quiet your mind in one of our many indoor and outdoor areas.

    Meditate in a beautiful chapel with large windows looking out into the woods or in the underground Cave of the Mothers, which holds you safely in a dark, quiet place.

    Our well-rounded library will also feed and uplift your intellect.

  • Rest and recharge your body by walking our forest labyrinth or hiking our trails in mindful movement.

    Raking the Zen garden under the canopy of trees stills your body and mind.

    You can also sit and rest in stillness, whether on a bench under the trees or in one of our indoor meditation spaces.
